The Oklahoma Creativity Project

DaVinci Institute is proud to be a founding partner of the Oklahoma Creativity Project along with the Kirkpatrick Foundation, Inc., the Oklahoma Educational Television Authority, and Oklahoma A+ Schools.

The Oklahoma Creativity Project celebrates Oklahoma’s unique and distinguished past and the strength and resourcefulness of its people.  But it does not stop there.  It looks to Oklahoma’s bright future.  It seeks out, identifies, recognizes, and nurtures the seeds of imagination, creativity, and innovation of today’s Oklahomans that are the building blocks of our future.

The State of Oklahoma will be on the world stage in 2010 when it hosts the annual Creativity World Forum, a global conference focused entirely on creativity and innovation.

While details have yet to be finalized, the conference will be held in November 2010 and includes a two-day conference and trade exposition featuring top speakers, seminars and idea exchanges. Over 1500 delegates attended the recent 2008 conference in Antwerp, Belgium.  The 2009 Creativity Conference will be held in Stuttgart, Germany.

Oklahoma holds the distinction of being the only U.S. state currently recognized as a District of Creativity (DC) and is one of only 12 regions designated throughout the world.

We invite you to renew Oklahoma’s pioneering spirit and become a Twenty-First Century trailblazer.  Please join us in this most important journey to shape our future and share the creativity of Oklahomans with the world.

Sincerely,

The DaVinci Institute Board of Directors
