Navigating New Frontiers: Cultivating Creativity and
Reimagining the Curriculum in Higher Education
Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education
655 Research Parkway
PHF Colloquium Room
Oklahoma City, OK 73104
Forum Topic Description
Higher education is facing complex challenges, from shifting student expectations and workforce needs to questions about grading, experiential learning, general education, and how we define student success. The DaVinci Fall Forum invites faculty, staff, students, and leaders to come together in an interactive, discussion-based experience where we share ideas, exchange perspectives, and creatively explore solutions. Through panels, table conversations, and collaborative dialogue, we will move beyond transactional approaches to reimagine curriculum and create transformative learning experiences that prepare students for meaningful futures.
Event Registration
This year’s Fall Forum registration rate is $25/person. Registration includes forum attendance, lunch, and refreshments. The first two registrations for each DaVinci Institute member institution are complimentary. Virtual registration is also available for $25/person, and a Zoom link will be provided to attend the event.

Event Parking
- The Fall Forum will take place in the OSRHE building located at 655 Research Parkway.
-
- The OSRHE building is the southern-most building on Research Parkway (in blue on map above).
-
- Event parking is available in the garage located directly to the west of the OSRHE building (see map above).
- The garage is accessible from Research Parkway, and attendees should utilize the garage’s east entrance (follow the arrows on the map above).
-
- You will need to use the semi-circular driveway in front of the OSRHE building to access the parking garage.
-
- Take a ticket from the garage’s entrance machine. To do this, touch the screen and follow the directions.
-
- Bring the ticket with you after you have parked!!
- We can validate your parking so that you are not charged anything.
-
- You will enter the parking garage on its 2nd floor.
- The 2nd floor of the garage corresponds with the 1st floor of the OSRHE building (yes, we agree that this is confusing!), which is where the Fall Forum is taking place.
- The garage rarely fills completely, though you may need to drive up to the top deck to park.
-
- In the rare event that the parking garage is completely full, you will need to find street parking on Research Parkway in front of one of the other buildings. Please note, however, that non-garage spaces are only 1- or 2-hour parking spots, so you will need to move your car to the parking garage if possible.
-
- Elevators and stairs are available on the eastern side of the garage. Take the elevator or stairs to the garage’s 2nd floor where you will find a walkway to the 1st floor of the OSRHE building. Enter through this building’s double doors.
- The Fall Forum is taking place in the Presbyterian Health Foundation (PHF) Conference Center, which is on the south side of the OSRHE building’s 1st floor. As you enter through the double doors from the parking garage, this conference center will be located to the right, past the elevators.
- We are meeting in the PHF Colloquium Room. A registration table will be set up, and our staff will be there to greet you and provide you with further directions. We will collect parking garage tickets, validate them, and return them before the event is completed.
